- May Announcements - Relief Society News: ·         May 10th – LUNCH BUNCH! - 11:30am at Costa Vida by Pine View We need sisters who would be willing to surge some flannel material. It is all cut out and ready to go, if that is something you would be able and willing to do will you please contact Jacque (801) 953-9251. She will bring it to you.  We want to get it done by May 10th. We will continue to collect any donations! May 10 – Sewing day at Quilted Works 10:30am to 1:30pm.  We will be working on the drawstring bags this time. Last week we compiled kits and the item that we ran out of was underwear.  We have enough soaps and washcloths. If you are out shopping consider picking up a bag of panties to donate.  We use the following sizes: Panties GIRL size 10-16 not ladies, not bikini, not boy shorts.  We prefer the bright colored print designs, but almost every package has white ones in it. ·         Don’t forget to submit a photo (or updated photo) of yourself for our RS photo directory! Mark your calendar! Primary News: ·         May 12th - Primary Party!! – Sister Bang’s house.  2:00-3:00 for Middle Primary (CTR 6A-8B)  3:00-4:00 for Senior Primary (9A-11 yr) ·         The Friend Magazine has issued a CTR Challenge each month and Little Valley Ward Primary is participating. The Presidency will send home the CTR Challenge each month. After completion please return it to the Presidency. We will save them and give them to the Bishop as a special gift on his birthday!

* April 12 – Wednesday Lunch Bunch 11:30pm at Pizza Limone.  All sisters welcome!

* April 28/29 - RS RETREAT in Pine Valley. Come join us for an overnighter of fun, food and service!  We will be making Days for Girls Kits.  

Young Women News:

* LV Stake YW Camp Kick-off!  Camp service project is “Take 10 to Give 10” Please bring items to Stake Standards Night April 23rd, or to Mutual April 25th.  Parents please check your email for details. 

* Girls Camp 2017- Stake Camp held  June 6th –June 10th.  All YW who will be 12 by August 31, 2017 and older are invited to attend. Mark your calendar!  

Primary News:

* The Friend Magazine is issuing a CTR Challenge each month and Little Valley Ward Primary children are participating. The Primary Presidency will send home the printed CTR Challenge each month. After the challenge has been completed please return it to the Presidency. The Presidency will save them all and give them to the Bishop as a special gift on his birthday!

* Please remind your children to bring their scriptures to church every week!
